A Horse for Christmas

Dad had lots of POOR stories, When he was little and Christmas was coming Minor had no money to by presents for his children. Little Lee wanted a Pony real bad. All he could talk about was having his own pony. Lee went to bed confident that a horse would some how appear during this magical Night of Nights.

What was a poor father to do? It was a shame to disappoint the tyke.

When Lee awoke he did not find a horse, What he found was a dried horse patty in the hanging Christmas stocking. "Oh no!" exclaimed Minor. "Santa Clause gave you a pony and it must have left this before it ran away!"
